A very handsome 18th century mechanical Chaise De Repos from the South of France. Soundly crafted from walnut, this chair is constructed with the Cremaillere system - for reclining. There are also iron pullouts recessed in the arms for supporting a tray. A terrific accent piece for any living or bedroom area. Recently reupholstered.
