Outstanding And Rare Early 18th Century Italian Round Table FTP1267

Outstanding and very rare early 18th century round table from Northern Italy. Exceptional construction in very sound chestnut with two large drop leaves and two drawers. The leaves have retracting iron supports to maintain the leaves in place once extended. The leaves are each solid board and the top surface is two planks. Terrific patina - rich and luminous. An exceptional table whether used as a dining table or as a large center table.
